"We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. "The Gull Cottage where we stayed was absolutely excellent! Ruth who owns and runs the cottage was super, welcoming us to the cottage and explaining the facilities. "I must say that for a 3 star hotel I received 5 star service! The reception staff remembered me from my visit some 2 months ago and immediately made me feel welcome. My room was well maintained and very clean. I can highly recommend that should you use the restaurant or bar that you look out for Dylan! He will be attentive to your every need and is polite, efficient and high knowledgeable and a credit to the Hotel. I had a sirloin steak, it was cooked to perfection and was delivered to my room, it arrived hot just as if I was sitting in the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with eggs cooked to order. The Hotel is ln a location (beware that the Google maps car park location is totally inaccurate simply aim for York street) it is just up the road from the Mediclinic (10 mins in heavytraffic) I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this little gem!"
