(after staff checked it, we shut it off cause it was too cold. Tried it again, still didn't work. Unplugged it. It reset and worked.) I think they're in transition / doing some updating (ex, carpets were a bit old, but very clean, bathroom needed some upgrades here and there but again, clean. Despite that, the place was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were amazing! "
