"Our family of 7 stayed at this Chalet. All the bedrooms were spacious with beautiful views. The check in was very easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. There are multiple grocery stores within a few minutes drive. The area is quiet and beautiful. There are horses right next door and a few chickens wandering around which were so much fun to watch. Beds were very comfortable. A few more pillows would have been nice but we all slept well. A very nice area to stay!"

"10/10. Kind and helpful staff. Got our room ready early so we could nap after our flight. Fantastic food. Breakfast buffet was extensive with so many fresh choices. Massage and spa services were excellent. Ski shuttle to main Kitzbuhel gondola available- but the walk was so easy and beautiful - we preferred walking. Absolutely recommend this hotel. "

"The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "

"Clean rooms, great parking and the staff was super friendly. We had the family room and it was great for our crew! Loved that we didn’t have to share bathrooms with the kids. I would definitely return as it’s so close to Kitzbuhel but half the price. "
