Best hotel I stayed in Europe. Staff and owner were amazing. So friendly and helpful with hikes, even led me on a hike and drove me to train station and into town on golf carts. Beautiful hotel too and best views.

The hotel is very clean, decent size room, nice staff, good breakfast, good location if you want to be near the gondola (walking distance). But, in the room there is no fridge, coffee maker or hot water machine, so, you can not enjoy a coffee or tea in the room.

The location of the hotel is great with direct access to the ski slopes and a direct view of the famous streif piste, the check in process was very helpful, the view and size of our room was great, breakfast was well above European standards, the food was varied and delicious when we had lunch and dinner at the hotel Spa facilities are sufficient, the balcony and terrace of the room are very good, the ski school right in front of the hotel is a great advantage, the hotel has an authentic and romantic atmosphere, maybe the curtains of the rooms can be changed, a few small decorative touches can be made to the room, we stayed very happily as a family

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Streif Rennstrecke. Wem das Wichtig ist, ist glücklich in dem Hotel. Ansonsten ist das Hotel aber in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Teppiche und Holztüren weißen deutliche Abnutzung auf. Die Zimmer haben sehr kleine Bäder in der nur 1 Person Platz hat. Gut: Toilette in getrennten Raum - aber ohne funktionierende Lüftung. Es gibt keinen Kühllschrank, Minibar oder Wasserkocher auf den Zimmern. Ebenso keine Schuhlöffel oder ähnliches was normalerweise Standard wäre.
