「10/10. Kind and helpful staff. Got our room ready early so we could nap after our flight. Fantastic food. Breakfast buffet was extensive with so many fresh choices. Massage and spa services were excellent. Ski shuttle to main Kitzbuhel gondola available- but the walk was so easy and beautiful - we preferred walking. Absolutely recommend this hotel. 」

「No doubt, excellent hotel, however location is a bit far and steep upward slope from the railway station (1.5km?) for us as railway travellers and thus needed to take a taxi. Room was clean and spacious with kichen facility. Staffs were very friendly and well-trained.」

「Dit is geen goedkoop hotel (hadden halfpension) dus onze verwachtingen waren hoog. De kamers zijn goed en schoon. De wellness is fantastisch, aan alles is gedacht en het is schoon. Het eten is goed maar niet bovengemiddeld. Wat ons heeft gestoord is het niveau van gastvrijheid. Misschien mag je daar niet te veel van verwachten in een groot hotel als dit maar in Oostenrijk zijn we gewoon anders gewend. Diner wordt in razend tempo geserveerd, het afbouwen van het buffet (ochtend en avond) begint...

「This place is amazing. Very friendly staff, great food, ski in & ski out. You truly feel like you’re on vacation here. Just watch out for the access road in the winter. It snows very often since the hotel is so high in altitude and the road is a long steep incline with sharp turns. If it’s winter time it’s a good idea to have chains for the tires. Overall loved the stay, my favorite part of the trip 」
