「No doubt, excellent hotel, however location is a bit far and steep upward slope from the railway station (1.5km?) for us as railway travellers and thus needed to take a taxi. Room was clean and spacious with kichen facility. Staffs were very friendly and well-trained.」

「We stayed 4 nights in July 2024. The apartment (217) was clean, hade everything we needed and had a beatuifum view of the mountains from the balcony. The common swimming pool area was also nice and clean with a play room and washing facilities. We experienced very easy and good communication with the reception desk and the personell there. 「We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation.
