"We loved the proximity to the beautiful, private beach. The house had plenty of room for us and having two bathrooms made things easy. The town of Duck was convenient too. We enjoyed checking out the shops. Definitely get a boil dinner and cook yourself some redfish (also called drum). It’s easy and very tasty."

"This was our second visit and it was every bit as wonderful as the first time. Unfortunately there were no dolphin sightings but that was the only disappointment and was nothing to do with the home. Due to outside temperatures we had to fuss with the thermostat quite a bit, Vickie was fantastic with responding to our inquiries."

"This was our first time at this particular establishment, and we loved it! I am very partial to the "old-fashioned" motor courts, so I take into consideration that they are not shiny and new on the outside, but the renovations inside are beautiful and our 2-bedroom was very roomy. We had a balcony with an ocean view and it was so nice to be able to sit outside and the beach access is right across the street. There is a restaurant right next door, which is super convenient. I needed to reach out to Amanda a few times (general questions, nothing urgent) and she was quick to respond, helpful, and very friendly. I also met Pam who helps out and she was also super friendly! *The only thing I will note is that since it is right on the beach road, it can be a little noisy. Obviously, this has nothing to do with the cottage management, but is worth mentioning. This only affected me when I wanted to sit outside on the balcony and relax. It was not noticed while inside.* To sum up my review, I loved the whole vibe of the place and we WILL be returning!"

"Great service and very friendly but arrived at 4pm and couldn’t check in until after 5pm. No maid service for 3 days. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Convenient location. All of the outdoor showers were broken so there was sand everywhere in the hotel. "

"This studio apartment had everything we needed and extra. Diane was great to communicate with and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen worked well for our short stay. Even though there are no windows there is lots of lighting and mirrors. It was an easy walk to the beach. If you want a view of the ocean this isn’t the place for you, however."
