Get ready to enjoy stylish & family friendly getaway located in the heart of the Outer Banks, half a mile from the
breathtaking beaches, restaurants, grocery, shopping and much more .
Space includes private patio, parking, community outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, children’s play area . The outdoor pool will be reopen on 5/18/2025 and will be operated approximately by Labor Day (9/21/2025)
The space
Our renovated spacious townhouse in Sandpiper Cay community in Kitty Hawk is perfect for relaxing experience.
There is everything you will need to enjoy your perfect beach vacation:

2 Bedrooms. Each bedroom has a comfy Queen - size bed, TV & Streaming capabilities. Linens included.

2 bathrooms . Towels and other bathroom essentials are provided. Hair Dryer included.

Also space has 1 bunk bed & comfy convertible (sleeping) sofa .

It is a perfect place for 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 kids.

Modern kitchen stocked with full size refrigerator ,ice maker, dish washer, stove, microwave, K-cup coffee maker , coffee bar, toaster, blender , pots, utensils, cookware, glassware, silverware, bakeware.

Space includes stackable washer and dryer.

Excellent WiFi, Smart TV, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney +.

Extremely clean. Property has a great location and was a no more than five minutes from beach access and had two tackle shops withing 10 minutes. Spacious bedrooms and fully stocked kitchen with complimentary k cups for the keurig. Neighborhood is quiet and clean and easy to get to. Highly recommend

This condo is exactly as you see it online. Very clean and updated. Great location and amenities. The host was very accommodating and helpful. The WiFi was intermittent and after contacting Vlad, he took care of it asap by contacting the company and sending someone out to rectify the issue. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect for family and friends - loved it!

This unit was perfect for 5 of us - 4 adults and 1 teenager. Communication with the owner, Vlad, before arriving and at check-in was great. He was super attentive. The unit was very clean, water pressure was great in the shower, and the kitchen was well stocked. The bunk beds in the hallway were great for kids without the need for an extra bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Very Pleasant

Modern, comfortable, well appointed condominium. Very close to everything in the Kitty Hawk area. The one thing that was a little off-putting was the toilet. I’m not sure if it is a particular type of toilet such as a composting, but there were signs not to flush used toilet paper. There was a plastic lined bucket that I assume was for that purpose. Otherwise, it was a great and very comfortable rental.

Convenient, clean and stylish

The location of this condo is very convenient, the check-in and parking are as easy as it gets and the condo itself is stylish and comfortable. The unit has everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this great stay!

This condo is amazing!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! Top and furnished with a lot of love. Coffee, tea, water, shampoo etc. were sufficiently available. The backyard was sunny and perfect for a barbecue. We would gladly book again!

Lovely Stay!

Our stay was wonderful! The home is located close to restaurants and beach accesses. Everything was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The home owner was communicative and easy to get in contact with! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Great place

Lovely place, convenient location, well-equipped and clean. My only suggestion would be to send the door code the day before, to give more time to deal with any phone difficulties. Owner is very prompt with responding and sorted it out. Would definitely recommend this place.

OBX Boho Chic Paradise

We took a leap of faith booking this property as there weren't any previous reviews, and I am so glad we did! The house is immaculate and just as pictured. Vlad, the owner was super responsive, ensuring all of our questions were answered in a timely fashion. It's the perfect spot for a quiet, romantic getaway or a fun filled family vacation. The beds are comfy and there's ample space for storage. Utensils, linens/towels, cookware, and laundry are all housed within the property, which is an added plus. This is a hidden gem, and we are counting down the days until we can return. Vlad, again thank you and your wife for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
