Guests will have access to the whole cottage using keyless entry; with the exception of the locked owners closets - one inside the house and one outside the house.

Note: Downstairs entrance (pool/game room, bedroom, bathroom) is not accessible within the house. It is accessible at a seperate entrance on the ground floor. Great for large parties who want a seperate space from the upstairs 3 bedrooms.

The pool and hot tub are accessed via a lockable entry gate to the fenced pool area. This area has lounge chairs, a Weber gas grill barbeque & picnic table available for use. The pool is open seasonally from mid May through October for use (Note: Heater may be required for comfort on Chillier Months)

** Note: Pool heater upper temperature limit subject to outdoor ambient temperature - $50.00 per full day turn on fee requested.
