Includes two queen beds and 1/5 baths as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Maximum 4 adult guests 25+. Two parking spaces. No third-party bookings. No parties. Guests must be 25+. No third-party bookings allowed. No parties. No diving and no glass in the pool area. Pool loungers and beach chairs are for use by only one person at a time or they will break!
