Welcome to the Bennett: On entering on the first floor, you will find a Queen suite and a Twin bedroom, each with a full bath. Going up to the second floor, you come to the expansive “great room” encompassing the Living room, Dining area, and large kitchen. On the third level is the King Master suite with its large bathroom, and also another Twin bedroom with its own full bath. This layout of 2 bedrooms “up” and 2 bedrooms “down” makes the Bennett home perfect for two families. Extensive decks offer a wonderful space for entertaining and sunning. A screened-in porch furnished with a table and chairs allows for dining and enjoying the outdoors while protecting you from the elements.
Ships Watch amenities include easy walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100-yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as beautiful sunset views. The nearby town of Duck offers many small shops, stores, galleries, and restaurants.
