You will have private access to the entire house and the backyard, perfect for activities with family, friends, and pets. Your arrival is seamless with a secure self check-in process via a number pad with a unique code created just for you. Guests have access to all parts of the home and the private yard. You also have access to the garage, which includes a Level 2 Electric Car Charger.

ID Requirement: To confirm your booking, we require a copy of a government-issued ID.

Security: For your security and ours, the property is monitored by exterior cameras facing away from the home (at the front door and overlooking the driveway). These record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the property.

Safety: Your safety is our priority. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed in every room and common area.
