This was our very first time booking on this type of platform so we were a little apprehensive of the unknown. We were looking for something close to downtown Kitchener because we were coming to attend the Blues Festival. The unit was exactly as stated and expected. The check in process for the key pickup was at a location about a 10 minute drive away which at first was a little concerning but went smoothly and again exactly as instructed. I would stay here again.

2 travelers. Lots of plates utensils . Only 1 coffee cup. No other glasses . Empty paper towels. Dirty linen that smelled of mold in washer/dryer. 1 clean towel. No clean wash cloths to wash with. They said the drive was 2 mins to pick up keys, it was 10 mins. And no response on the last message sent . No way to confirm check out. Def 3/5 stars. Although very convenient to family, and reasonable price . Bed had a hard edge and soft center , uncomfortable to sit on. Couch stiff as a board . We have a trip planned back in Oct, had hoped to stay at same place, but most likely won’t do that.
