Welcome to our custom-renovated, awe inspired luxury lake home!!! From the moment you step in, you won't be disappointed. The foyer greets you as soon as you walk in with a warm welcome. The home opens up into a kitchen / living room combo with plenty of space for the family. Sink into one of the cozy papasan chairs and enjoy your favorite show or movie. The kitchen has upgraded granite countertops and custom tile from Spain. Stainless steel appliances throughout and a custom coffee bar will start your day off right every morning. Out of the sliding glass door is a heated private pool/spa overlooking the lake. A shaded patio table gives a nice space to unwind outside or relax in one of the deck chairs in the Florida sun.

Off of the living room is a quiet hallway with entrances for each bedroom complete with blackout blinds, custom furniture, and just the right amount of color. For the large master bedroom secluded in the back, a cathedral ceiling and flatscreen TV gives a more private setting. A walk-in bathroom attached to the master is equipped with his / her vessel sinks, a soaker tub, and a walk-in LED rain shower. A second master bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom give additional privacy. Bedrooms 3 and 4 with queen beds are flanking a shared bathroom with an additional vessel sink and walk-in LED rain shower. Bedroom 5 is a large kids bedroom with 2 stacking bunk beds and a trio of nostalgic arcade games. Play as one of your favorite ninja turtles, start your own NFL franchise on NFL Blitz, or finish your enemies with a flawless victory in Mortal Kombat.
