Ivy House is a cozy flat in the heart of historic Kirkwall situated less than a 2 minute walk to the harbour front with pubs, cafes and restaurants and 5 minute walk from St Magnus Cathedral and the centre of Kirkwall. Ivyhouse is all on the ground floor and has an open plan kitchen/lounge with a small table.
Living area has a sofa, TV with DVD player, and a selection of DVDs and books.

There is a good sized newly renovated bathroom with shower.
