「Agreed by the whole family to be the best hotel and stay of our Sri Lanka & Singapore trip (overall we stayed at 11 different hotels of varying quality). Can't really rave enough about this place. I wouldn't really call it a hotel - more like a luxury, boutique accommodation. Exceptional in every way. 「コロンボの空港から直接空港に向かいました。 ホテルについたのは夜中。 国立公園内にあるので水牛や、シカ、うさぎ、クロコダイルなどが道にたくさんいて、 到着するまでの道のりで夜行性の動物が活動しているのがたくさん見れました。 それが一番良かったことです。 ついたのが遅かったから、こちらのホテルのサービスを堪能することなく終わりましたが、 朝ごはんが、私達はモーニングサファリから帰ってきたあと食べれること、昼くらいに戻ることを伝えてから、食事を取れることを確認してから出発したにも関わらず、サファリから戻ってきたら朝食が取れないと言われました。 それが残念なことです。 そのまま朝サファリをしたらチェックアウトしたので全くホテルのサービスは満喫していませんが、レイクビューのプールはさすがといった感じでした。 もしもう一度ヤーラ公園に同じスケジュールで来るなら、サービス受ける時間がないのでホテルをランクダウンするとおもいます。」

「This was one of the highlights of my month long travels in Sri Lanka. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the glamping tents are stunning and the host can’t do enough for you. The traditional food served was some of the best I have eaten in Sri Lanka and the attention to detail with service was unmatched. 10/10 recommend for a quiet getaway amongst nature. 」

「The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff and the food. Special call out for the manager Sanjeev, who really went out of his way to make sure we’d have a great time. Beautiful rooms (though a bit noisy), very nice bedding, to be honest just beautiful all around. The food at breakfast was the best we had in Sri Lanka, and their curry … outstanding. So so so good, I went for it again the next day. I’d recommend the hotel without hesitation 」

「Amazing, clean, fully appointed “cottages” - the grounds are on the lake which was explosive with wildlife and great views. Right on the fence line of Udawalawe National Park. The food was EXCEPTIONAL and the staff were some of the kindest people we have ever met. (Big hugs to “Chef”!!! They set up an amazing safari for us where we had THREE leopard sightings - beyond our wildest expectations!!」
