The hotel has 2 washing machines on the perimeter and 2 dryers, it was very useful (although sometimes there was a line of people waiting, try to avoid late evenings if you want to wash your clothes). The staff helped us to reserve a package, that was send from another hotel. "Check in experience was not a pleasant one, for some reason the booking showed only for 2 adults, but actually it supposed to be for 4 people. I booked a room that stated it is for 4 people but the gentleman who check us in stated that this room by law can’t be for 4 people!!? and he said to get a room for 4 people there will be 28,000 Yen extra charge for the 2 nights.
