The entry is extremely hard to find- look for a narrow doorway in the middle of the block, not where the map places you. Signage is poor. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Reception is unmanned but there is a phone if you have problems with their automatic sign-in (we did). Once we were in the room it was fine for the night.

The staff couldn’t communicate in English, we asked them many times the same thing and always a different answer. Our room still had some things from the previous guests.

Beautiful classy hotel with excellent amenities. Staff was friendly and very eager to help us enjoy Hiroshima and Japan. Despite being out of town it was right at the boat dock to adventure and easy bus access

"The hallways are hot, no A/C - also, if you try to use an elevator during the time the cleaning staff is cleaning rooms, it can take over 15 minutes. No easy load/unload area from any vehicle. "I had a great time here the rooms where well priced. 15 minute walk to the train station. Taxis are always reliable and staff was always friendly and willing to help out. Just be sure to that a translation app ready if you don't speak Japanese."
