"the location and overall setting were nice, the service was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. After a full day out, we returned to find it exactly as we left it. We had to call the front desk and were only provided with a few clean towels. We were also told that if we had called later, no staff would have been available. This is below basic hotel standards. "This is such a clean hotel in an ideal location for everything in Prague… we stayed 3 nights and the room was kept so clean and all staff were friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed breakfast to start the day. Snacks were available at lunch time if you’re in the vicinity. The only disappointment was the lack of Coffee in the room… not the end of the world as you can grab coffee past reception after 7am. TV lacked English channels but we didn’t spend much time with the telly on so didn’t bother us "

"Absolutely fantastic! Goregous hotel rooms that are really spacious and well decorated. The room was in perfect condition and immaculate and this was maintained throughout our stay. The hotel itself is located perfectly to explore the city and the monuments around it, and so close to the tram too that takes you right to Charles Bridge. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!"
