「Monsieur Luizi a tout prévu pour ses hotes en leur envoyant en amont une fiche récapitulative des contacts, du lieu precis pour passer un excellent sejour. L’appartement est propre, situé dans une concession avec un grand jardin comprenant des balançoires.

「Although Mike is a courteous man, his place terrible. The Ad on Hotel.com is misleading. I didn't check in till 10 PM. The area is very dark and insecure. From the get go, Mike told me that the room I've booked was not available. He put me a small, mosquito infested room without basic items.
I spent 1 night because I could call a cab. I left the place early in the morning. Please refund me for my entire booking. This was a horrible experience. TOTAL REFUND!」
