I stayed at Pogas Suites for 3 nights. The location is excellent - near by many attractions and restaurants. Quiet and great AC. Additionally, the view from the top floor was great! Wow This hotel isn’t much to look at from the outside but it was clean and provided everything we needed while staying in Kingston. I felt very safe at this location and the owner even checked in on us to make sure we were good. The stand out is the STAFF! Wow! They are so kind, considerate and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. Even going to the store to grab us some drinks and snacks and offering to drive us to places and assist with any arrangements we may need while there. 10/10 for customer service.

When I took a taxi and reached the Pogas suites for check in There was nobody and I called the owner he said the property is under renovation and I asked for refund he told me contact to the Expedia . I paid the extra for the another to stay and find a room. Please kindly refund my amount. Thanks.

This place was very very very disgusting ,awful should be shot down. What they advertise is a lie lies nothing was true at all i checked in the first day and checked out the next day. I had to check into another hotel can u believe that and to make matters worse I reached out to Expedia and they did absolutely nothing but try to offer me a 100 key pass can you believe that. I reached out to Klarna and they doing their investigation about the matter. That place is a u know what!!!!.

When I arrived I was told by the owner that he didn't receive an update from Expedia because his internet isn't working properly. After standing there for a while, he called me back and said that if I could wait 1 hr, he would give me a room for the night. Bear in mind I paid for 2 nights but he said Expedia didn't charge the right amount. I sent him my receipt and then told him I need my 2 nights. He stuck to the 1 one night offer and 1hr wait. After that, he called again saying I should go to a different hotel and have them call him when I got there. After he realized that I was at the new hotel and I called him, radio silenced afterwards. I don't think Expedia is yet to get through to him to confirm that I didn't stay at the hotel. But I am yet to get my money back from Expedia
