キングスポートの ゲストハウス

「Shower head shooting water across the bathroom. Definitely not well maintained」

「Firstly, the hosts were very responsive. That was not a problem. I rated the property low because the kitchen had issues and for me cooking is the primary reasons I stay at a VRBO - I eat healthy its difficult to eat out. The stove didn't work - apparently the prior guest stole the knobs and the replacement didn't work. I think they should've tested the new knob to make sure it worked but that apparently didn't happen. The host did send over a handyman but by the time it was fixed breakfast was...

「Very nice place would stay again」

「I traveled from Alaska to visit family in Kingsport. The rental was amazing!!! I loved how clean, comfortable and quiet it was. I had coffee on the porch and read outside in the evening. We will be traveling back a few times a year and I plan to stay here as much as it is available! Thank you!!!」

「This loft was well appointed and very clean and well decorated. My son and his fiancé enjoyed the location as it was walking distance to the venue where we had their wedding shower. They also loved that the Aspire Wine Bar was just downstairs!」

「Staff is nice, comfortable beds, our floor was quiet. The down side is horrible bath soap bars. Very thin and not even enough soap for one person to get through one shower. Had to purchase more soap to get by.」

「We’ve stayed here several times and it is a perfect spot for us that is comfortable and quiet. It is close to our daughter’s home so we expect to use this home in the future!」

「This place was just okay. Had a couple issues in the bathrooms; we were able to deal with. The living area was very small. It is located on a pretty busy street; so quite a bit of road noise comes through the windows. It does have a very nice fenced in backyard for your pups.」

「This was such a cute and cozy cottage! It was in a great and convenient area. We were in town for a wedding, we had plenty of space for our guests」

「The Urban Artistry Loft was exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated, every need was accounted for, location was very central and walkable to many places downtown. And you cannot beat the amazing host - top of the line by far!!」
