The Space:
Welcome to this hidden gem! This home was recently fully renovated and boasts modern architecture seamlessly integrated into the hillside. As you approach, you will only see the unparalleled views with lush greenery enveloping the property and the serene waters of the upper arm of the Llano River sparkling in the distance. Once you drive down into the driveway and past the privacy gate, you're greeted by a stunning private pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days or lounging under the sun. The expansive patio surrounding the pool offers ample space for outdoor dining, entertaining, and relaxing. Lounge chairs invite you to bask in the sun or unwind with a good book while enjoying the panoramic views of the lake and surrounding nature.

The backyard is cleverly divided into two sections, connected by a series of stairs that wind gracefully down the hillside. The upper section features double layer lawns, ideal for gathering with friends and family and playing corn hole or place for your furry friends to enjoy. At the edge of the lower backyard, a walkway leads you over to a shaded sundeck that is perfect place escape the midday heat and enjoy a refreshing drink while watching the sunset over the mountain.

Head down the staircase off the sundeck to play amongst the vast sandy beachfront that stretches down to the water's edge, offering endless opportunities for fun and relaxation. When you open the front door, you are greeted with completely updated interior all thoughtfully decorated and furnished for your vacation. The spacious island is a chef's delight providing more than ample space to cook up your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. There are three bedrooms to comfortably sleep up to 7 guests. There is one bedroom with a queen bed while the other two bedrooms are furnished with bunk beds. One bedroom has a twin over full size bed while the other has a lakeview and is a twin over twin bunk bed.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access the front yard, entire house, backyard, pool and sun deck. This property also has a beach front along the Llano River that is included in the rental. The property goes all the way from the sundeck to the water line.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located on the Llano River on Lake LBJ. The Lighthouse Golf Course is located near this house and is close to the center of Kingsland. There are local restaurants, outdoor activities such as Longhorn Cavens, Inks Lake State Park and many more places to explore in the Texas Hill Country.

Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property and around to local attractions.

This is a Pet Friendly Property. We do require a pet fee of $100 per pet with a 2 pet maximum and must complete paperwork prior to arrival.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
