The open floor plan, breakfast nook, and oversized sofa are ideal for gathering around for planning the day’s activities, playing board games, or streaming sessions after a fun day at the lake, golfing at nearby Legends Golf Course, or biking at Station Mountain Bike Park. Other interior perks include bay windows, a fully stocked kitchen with a dual coffee pot and Keurig, coffee bar, private washer/dryer, split AC units in all the bedrooms, and children’s items like a Pack-n-Play and highchair.

Upstairs, the kids or young at heart will enjoy the bunk room’s bright color palette and wall mounted basketball game. The oversized TV is perfect for winding down at night with a movie or getting going with morning cartoons. The teenagers will appreciate searching the house for a hidden feature or taking selfies in the floor length mirror in the third bedroom closet.

Perfectly located a few blocks away, grab the boat ramp pass (included) and walk down to Kingsland Community Park where swimming, fishing (bring your poles), paddleboarding, kayaking (three paddle boards and one kayak included), or launching your boat are all at your convenience. If staying outside at the house is more your style, fire up the gas grill and host a delicious cookout before gathering around the firepit to spin tall tales or roast a marshmallow or two (sticks included). The kids will love the spacious yard to run around or play a few yard games (included). The large front porch is the perfect place for morning coffee or watching the fisherman heading out for the day’s catch.

Security camera details: There is a surveillance camera located on the front of the garage looking out over the drive and front yard for security. There is also a camera mounted on the back of the house that looks out over the fence line for security.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
