The Space:
The Dragonfly at The Cove is one of the four, meticulously designed homes that exude sophistication and chic decor located in a brand-new gated community, boasting lavish furnishings and tasteful decor throughout. With every detail carefully curated, you'll find yourself enveloped in a haven of elegance from the moment you step inside. As you enter you are greeted with an open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows providing ample natural light throughout the space. There is a game room just off the living room near the master bedroom with poker table and set for you to enjoy. There are gorgeous views of the back yard throughout the first floor. The back yard includes a private pool, where you can bask in the sun and cool off with a refreshing dip at your leisure. The state-of-the-art kitchen includes a separate wet bar that is fully stocked for all your entertaining needs!

Just off the living room as you step into the master suite, you are greeted by the grandeur of a king-sized bed, adorned with plush linens and sumptuous pillows, promising a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure. Just off the master bedroom lies your private sanctuary - the ensuite bathroom. Here, opulence meets functionality, with a glass-enclosed shower and a deep soaking tub awaits, promising to melt away the stresses of the day as you luxuriate in its depths. Head up the stairs to the remaining guest rooms along with another spacious entertaining space filled with games, including a foosball table. Upstairs you will also find the second laundry room as this home has washer and dryers on both levels making it convenient for everyone to use. The bunk room upstairs has been custom built with three sets of twin over twin size bunk beds and a Jack N' Jill bathroom that is shared with another guest bedroom. The next guest bedroom is furnished with King size bed and beautiful furniture. The last bedroom on this level also includes another full bathroom right outside the room.

This community includes an amenity center and a spacious pavilion that invites guests to gather for celebrations or simply unwind and take in the serene surroundings. And with four boat slips available, accessing the lake has never been easier, whether you're planning a day of fishing or simply cruising along the water. The amenity center includes pickleball and basketball court that is shared with other guests in the neighborhood.

Guest Access:
The guests will have access to the whole house, backyard including the private pool at each home. There is also a community boat ramp, sports court, boat slips, pavilion.

The Neighborhood:
This is a gated neighborhood and has a community amenity center. There is a basketball court combo with a pickleball court. Also, there are community BBQ grills in the pavilion at the water. The neighborhood also has its own boat ramp and four-day docks available for use.

Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property and around to local attractions.

Other Things to Note:
We are available by phone, text, email, or in person if the need arises. 

This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of pets are found there will be an automatic fine of $500 applied to the card on file.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool. We do require 24-hour notice prior to your reservation to heat the pool. Please inquire for pricing. We also require the pool to be heated for the duration of your stay.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
