「We had a great 10-day stay at Nicole's condo in Amelia Landing. Check-in, check-out and stay instructions on the property were very well communicated. The property was clean, well maintained and had several recent upgrades. The screened porch was a great plus and we were comfortable with all features of the property. The complex pool was very nice, clean and well-maintained. We plan to book again in 2027.」

「Located on the 2nd floor, so you need to know there will be steps. Had an issue (no fault of the owner) at check-in with parking. We had a pass for our spot, and the neighbor had two passes and parked in ours. Lots of "things" (utensils, etc.) in the kitchen were nice. Every appliance worked great. Furniture was in good shape. Didn't use it, but the screen on the porch wasn't in good shape. Probably our biggest negative was that if you've ever been to your child's elementary school and...
