"Checkin was smooth, but once we got to our room, we noticed one of the ceiling fans was not fully connected to the ceiling. There were never any towels by the pool & we had to go to the front desk to get them. Our second night there, we wanted to take a shower after being at the beach/pool all day ..."

"Truly, this property is stunning. I can't imagine it is possible to have a room with a bigger balcony or better view anywhere else on St. Croix. For privacy, The Waves gets an A++ and the onsite restaurant, AMA, is spectacular. That being said, after our initial awe, we did run into some frustrations. ..."
