"Sarah was a lovely, welcoming and warm host. From the minute I booked a stay with her (my first time) she was informative and kept in touch with me when needed. She called me to confirm my booking, to make sure I knew the address, if I needed suggestions on things in the area or even where to park. Her breakfast in the morning beachside was perfect, it was made to a high standard and tasted wonderful. The coffee, her company and the food really made this experience. Her 2 lovely dogs aka the other hosts were both the sweetest angels ever and did not invade my personal space, were not loud and kept me company in the morning while beachside. When I come back I will be booking in with Sarah straight away and I will recommend her to anyone thinking of visiting this peaceful area. The room I had faced the beach so the sounds of the sea got me to sleep and the morning sunshine view had me waking up with a smile on my face - also the bed was so comfortable I haven’t slept that good in such a long time! FYI if you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful break from a busy city life then Cawsand/Kingsand is 100% the place to be. Everyone is so lovely, welcoming and the food is very good. The beaches are unspoilt and the water is crystal clear. I will be back very soon! Thank you again Sarah :)"

"The Crows Nest is everything we wanted for our few days away to relax. The apartment had everything we needed. There are lovely view from the deck. Ideally situated for walking, dining out- lots of choices. Live music in the pub & a male voice choir in the square. Paddle boarding. Highly recommended. "We had a fantastic stay! Sarah was such a warm and welcoming host from the moment we arrived. The beachfront location is absolutely stunning waking up right by the beach made the trip so special. Our room was spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. To top it off, breakfast each morning was amazing! Plus, being able to bring our spaniel along made it the perfect getaway for all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to return."
