The summer guest will appreciate being on the Old Brockway Golf Course, being able to walk to the North Tahoe Beach Center , walk to Spindleshanks Restaurant, and being able to walk to Safeway for groceries and essentials.
The cabin has been extensively remodeled including new alder floors and carpet, remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances, river rock gas fireplace, hot tub, and a fenced back yard for the kids, Fido or both. The garage has a ping pong/pool table and is heated and carpeted so it acts as some additional living space.
