「The views and location of the property were amazing. The layout of the house facilitated the needs of our multi-generational family visit. The kitchen and dinning table worked great as we had a private chef prepared dinner one evening. As far as the home itself, the wear and tear is extremely noticeable and needs some attention. Cleanliness was not up to par for the price point. All that said- our family had a great time and the property accommodated our large group. 」

「This penthouse was worth much more that the cost. It was an exceptional place, and my family really enjoyed it. I will encourage everyone who wants a once-in-a-lifetime experience to visit this penthouse. It is worth the money. The host, Aaron was phenomenal. 」

「this was a rare family gathering with sons and wives and Mama. lots of items in the kitchen, hot tub great, fireplace lovely, peace and quiet, NO skiing at this time, lots of other things available that we didn't use, close to anything that we wanted to do, beds comfortable, the new bbq was great. We would do it again! M」

「Our stay was good and it was very nice to be so close to Kings Beach. The only minor issue of the door code not working was solved immediately and otherwise had no issues. It was nice to find plenty of towels, some laundry soap to use and enough paper towels and toilet paper available in the place. The commuity pool was not crowded and the kids enjoyed using it.」

「The view was awesome, the ski in and ski out was easy. The hotel amenities were nice. We booked it mostly for the ski in ski out, 2 rooms with their own bathrooms, kitchen with refrigerator, and the resort jacuzzi. The suite was dated and worn down, furniture scratched up, couch worn down, but still enjoyable. 」
