「Clean room. Nearby to what we needed to see family. Don’t use the kitchen appliances. Has washer and dryer.」

「Everline was breathtaking! So much to do for the kids in a gorgeous setting. The pools and hot tubs were amazing and my kids especially loved the soccer field. Perfect to relax and unwind after a day of adventure in Tahoe! 10/10 recommend. Would definitely go back!」

「Laura was so great at communicating, she is a perfect host. I totally did not read enough regarding this property and realized when I got there. There was nothing to cook on, but it does say that in the description.I just happened to miss it. But she was very kind and understanding. Place was clean and quiet, lots of sweet metal animals. Rabbits, deer, birds. It's very relaxing.」

「nice and comfortable space!」

「Didn’t know on the listing that it was a shared cabin. Also right when I pulled up to the house the designated parking space for guests had a tree stump in the middle of it with no cone. I didn’t realize it until it was too late and I scraped the whole undercarriage of my brand new car. The hot tub wasn’t very private, neighbors could see you from the outside, so I ended up not using it. Other than that I thought the inside was super clean and tidy, fully renovated. 」

「Beautiful property and place! Love the calm setting away from the “touristy” part of Tahoe, but close to groceries, the beach, restaurants, etc. Would stay here again!」

「Great location, with everything in downtown Auburn within walking distance. Even though it was right downtown, it was quiet inside the house.」

「Fabulous view right on the water.Host was responsive.Quaint little cottage. It should be made clear that the sofa bed does not pull out and there is only one bed. More beach towels would be nice and maybe some updated beach chairs. Hairdryer was barely working; a standard size hairdryer should be the bare minimum. The shower was not draining correctly. The cottage could use a deep clean to get rid of cobwebs.Otherwise fabulous stay.」

「An absolute gem in the woods! We had the most wonderful stay at Barnabas and Etonda’s cottage! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The property is tucked away in such a peaceful, beautiful setting surrounded by nature—perfect for unwinding and taking in the quiet. The cottage itself is spotless, warm, and exceptionally well-stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. The highlight for us was the incredible hospitality—the fresh eggs and homemade sourdough bread were genuinely...
