Enhancing its allure, the living room received a modern touch in 2010 with the addition of a sleek 42' Flat Screen TV. Situated just a mile away from shopping and the captivating shores of Lake Tahoe in charming Kings Beach, convenience is at your doorstep. For those seeking entertainment, the vibrant nightlife of Incline Village and Crystal Bay's casinos are a mere 5-10 minute drive away. In the winter months, adventure awaits with the Northstar Ski area just a 10-minute drive away, while Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows beckon only 20 miles distant. With Lake Tahoe Accommodations offering a plethora of properties within Kingswood Village, it's an ideal locale for ski parties, family reunions, or corporate gatherings.

The parking lot permits a maximum of 2 cars.
Important to mention, that this condo does not provide a BBQ due to complex regulations prohibiting open-flame BBQs. Please refrain from bringing your own, as the Home Owner's Association strictly enforces this policy, allowing only electric BBQs. Thank you for your cooperation.
Moreover, in adherence to community guidelines, vaping, smoking of cigarettes, cigars, or any tobacco or cannabis products are strictly prohibited in all areas including common spaces, balconies, and nonresidential buildings within the development.
