    In the heart of Kings Beach on North Lake Tahoe, this modern, luxe home is just one block from the beach, restaurants, bars, a brewery, boat/jet ski rentals, grocery stores, coffee shops, mini golf, ice cream, shopping, golfing and more.

    An open floor plan with luxury furnishings, high-end appliances, a large gas fireplace, and mountain charm, plus central heating and rare central air conditioning to keep you comfortable in any season. Relax on the expansive deck with filtered lake views, lounge chairs, and a Weber grill.

    Three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The bedrooms sleep six on premium Saatva mattresses (one king, two queens), plus two twin-XL floor mattresses — great for kids and best set up in the living areas — comfortably sleeping up to eight. Family-friendly, with a crib, high chair, a baby gate for the stairs, and a protective screen on the fireplace.

    Make the most of summer with two kayaks, two paddleboards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels included — the beach is just a block away.

    Fully stocked kitchen with a large quartz island, 5-burner smart range, live-edge dining table (seats 8), and premium pots, pans, glassware, and more.

    Two-car garage with a flat driveway and entry, plus additional parking for two cars; the driveway and surrounding neighborhood are flat for easy driving and access. Emporia Level 2 48-amp EV charger with Tesla adapter (fits all vehicles).

    New laundry machines with detergent and supplies included.

Family Getaway

We brought my parents up here to take our daughter to the snow for the first time. This home was impressively set up for toddler safety. We took advantage of the crib, high chair and baby gate and were so grateful for the extra screen on the fireplace to protect little fingers from touching. This home is beautiful. It’s modern, classy & comfortable. We all had plenty of space and only wish we were able to stay longer. Thank you Trevor for sharing your beautiful home with us! We hope to be back soon!

New, immaculate, comfortable—just incredible!

What a Kings Beach gem! 2 adults and 4 teenagers spent the July 4 week here and loved it. Pretty much a new home, had everything you need and more. Family games and full spice rack, most all still unopened. The home is in pristine condition, well-furnished, new high-end appliances, Sonos, and more. Host was super responsive (overnighted beach umbrellas on his own doing), check in was a breeze, home was exactly as advertised. We used all the home extras including BBQ, two twin mattresses, kayaks and paddle boards. If you want to be close to the beach, this location is perfect. Holiday congestion in the area was a bit high, but to be expected on the busiest Tahoe day of the year. Trevor, you’ve put together a wonderful home in Kings Beach. Close to perfection! We would come back for sure!

Everything about the house and the proximity to Kings Beach was great, BUT - the neighbors were running a generator and using a sanding machine to sand their deck the ENTIRE TIME we were there. We couldn't open windows, and the noise got really annoying. They'd start around 9-10am and go until dark, from Wed. to Saturday. We left a night early. I think the owner should have a good enough relationship with neighbors to be able to help out in situations like this, and I think we should have gotten a refund for one of the nights at minimum. We knew there would be neighborhood noise, but this was ridiculous. I will say, though, the house was beautiful, comfortable and very-well stocked. Wish we could have enjoyed it more.
