We live in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood called Kingswood Estates. It's very well kept and plowed during the winters, includes both vacation and permanent houses, and borders the North Tahoe Regional Park with wonderful walking trails and public tennis courts and fields.
The Tahoe Area Regional Transit Bus picks up right at Kingwood Drive and Highway 267, so just a couple of blocks away, and takes you to the major resorts and around the lake. Taxis are also available.
