「Property had beautiful well maintained grounds and was a lovely setting. However this could be enjoyed without staying in the hotel. Hotel breakfast area and bar were lovely and food standard was fine. However room we stayed in was very small and not luxurious for the price paid. 「Although slightly above the town the hydro is almost unique in Pitlichry for the availability if parking. It maintains the air of Victorian grandeur at a very reasonable price」

「The hotel looks nothing like the photographs. It is run down and poorly maintained. It is grubby. The whole hotel reeks of chemicals - bleach and chlorine. Even in the corridors on the second floor. It was really bad in our room which was tiny and airless with a window facing a brick will. Felt ill with the smell. Chose the hotel for the spa facilities but left without checking it out due to the overall cleanliness and stench.」

「Extremely peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Accommodation spotless, comfortable and cosy. Everything you have at home was available in the chalet, including extra tea/coffee, sugar and a carton of milk.
