Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is located on the top floor and requires a total of 30 steps to access (walk down, then back up to arrive at the unit).

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Portable crib & high chair provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• Kitchen equipped with griddle and blender.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
