"The woman that checked us in was extremely rude more than once. The sheets had brown stuff on them and we got bug bites. Breakfast was ok the second day but the waffle maker was broken the entire time. The first day the eggs were some weird pancake looking things. Could not eat them. The man that checked us out was nice though."

"Worst experience ever. Booked on Expedia one night before arrival. Showed up at 5 PM and was denied check-in because I didn’t send my ID to management by 4 PM. They canceled with no refund. Neither Expedia nor the property helped. Nothing on the listing mentioned this requirement. A confirmation number should mean the room is secured. This policy needs to be disclosed clearly at the time of booking."

"The lobby was clean, nothing special but clean enough. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like urine it was terrible. Wish we could open the windows and let some of that TN air in. Breakfast was nothing special, typical for this type of hotel. We spent two night there so we survived but if this was a longer trip I would have definitely looked for other place to move to. The smell was just unbearable."
