「El lugar en general está bien, es bonito y buen precio para la zona, solo falta un poco de mantenimiento en control de bichos en las cabañas. El WiFi no llega del todo bien a las habitaciones y el restaurante ofrece opciones muy limitadas y bastante caro. Desde allí el transporte también es algo limitado, pero en general es agradable y tiene bonitas vistas al Kilimanjaro.」

「Extemely angry at our treatment at this hotel. Would recomend avoiding at all costs. We did not want food during our stay and brought are own however the staff made food anyway and guilt tripped us into eating it. We then asked for costs or prices and were told the food was free and inclusive to our stay. Sadly this was a complete a lie and at checkout they tried to charge us 25 pounds a person for each meal. 「Love the staff, the accommodations were clean and kept up. And every buffet meal had a very wide selection.」

「ホテルのロケーション、宿泊中のスタッフの対応、食事の内容など想定していたよりもかなり良かったです。食事の内容は毎日内容の違うブュッフェでレストランとバーエリアからは象の群れを遠くに見ることができます。スタッフはいつも和やかで満足度の確認も怠りません。部屋の中にも虫が入らないように可能な限り配慮をしており夕方になるとベットの周りには蚊帳のセッティング、ホテル内はとても清潔でした。とてもリラックスした時間が過ごせます。ただ、空港送迎依頼のメール返信が遅い上に英文から威圧的な印象を受けた為、出発前のモチベーションはかなり下がりました。結果行ってみるととてもフレンドリーでおもてなしで溢れていたので驚いた程です。今となってはメール文にも悪気はなかったのかと思われますが連絡する際は早めにされた方が無難です。ちなみに空港送迎費は2人で往復144ドルでした。 お勧めできるホテルです。」
