"Location was great, breakfast was fresh and delicious and variety, but what made our stay was the EXCEPTIONAL service from the staff. Incredibly kind, incredibly accommodating and just thank you to the staff for going above and beyond when my son got sick. This stay here made our Telluride ski vacation; we are so grateful to the front desk staff and the cleaning ladies and breakfast ladies , thank you kindly . Great stay, huge room, and great view . "

"The rooms were small for the price point. I wish we had a fireplace. They put out snacks in a basket making it look like they were complimentary only to find out that I was charged 18.00 for beef jerky and other bars. The TV's were part of the mirror and kind of low and small. The hotel so nicely appointed and loved the restaurants and staff. The location was fabulous. I experience it once but will get a bigger place with a fireplace next time in Tellruide. Coffee shop was ok. Food was good in all 3 outlets. The 275.00 for a rollaway be was excessive. "

"Absolutely deserving of the reputation this place has. Many more amenities in the kitchenette than I actually expected, including a tube burner stove, top, toaster, dishes & utinsils. Rooftop hot tubs are by reservation but free and included in the hotel room rate. We had no problems getting a reservation. Also get free access to the spa and Pools at the Peaks resort. "

"The communication was very poor. It seems there's AI handling it. Our vehicle didn't fit in the garage and it says to contact your 'Operations Manager' to relay your parking information for the oversized lot however, after multiple ways to ask for that info, we never received it and could never get the answer which was very frustrating. The canned response I got from the 'host' was "I can't provide that information but I'll let them know you're looking for it". Like what? I'm just asking you who is my Operations Manager to get relay my parking info so we don't get towed as it's marked everywhere that you could be towed. So frustrating.Additionally, there is SO MUCH furniture in this place, it's quite crowded to move around in. Other than that, you can't beat the location (if you can figure out where to park, lol) Wish the communication would have been better. Also, couldn't get the ski locker to lock. "
