"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was great! We loved the whole Cascade Village community. Neighbors were friendly, but overall a quiet place with great amenities. There were plenty of games, linens and supplies. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed the gym, sauna and hot tubs. Everything inside the condo was so clean. The only negatives were that there were no cutting boards and no oil for cooking, the upstairs got very, very warm and the fan barely did anything. Also, the patio was not clean at all - cobwebs and bird poop everywhere. We didn't test out the grill for that reason. All things that we could handle though so we would recommend and come stay again. It's absolutely beautiful and close to Silverton and Durango."
Condo sleeps 4 at a budget price. Only 200 yards from 6 person chairlift!

"House was great for our group and we all had a blast. Quiet location with a feeling of having the forest to ourselves though close enough to restaurants, activities, and shopping at the same time. Basil was incredibly helpful and attentive to questions and requests."
