Spend sunny days splashing in the private pool, soaking in the hot tub, or challenging each other to a game of foosball in the rec room. The open-concept living area makes it easy for everyone to gather for meals, movies, and game nights. After a day of sandcastles and surf, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower and fire up the gas grill for a casual cookout on the deck.
With 4 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, there's room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. Whether you're lounging poolside or strolling to the shore, Sebastian by the Sea is the perfect place for family fun and relaxation on the Outer Banks.
Exploring Kill Devil Hills: History enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity to the Wright Brothers National Monument, a site of great historical significance as it marks the place where Wilbur and Orville Wright achieved the first powered flight in 1903. Explore the museum and learn about the pioneers of aviation. In addition to the Wright Brothers National Monument, you'll find a variety of other attractions, including lighthouses, historic sites, and charming coastal towns to explore during your stay.
Beach Access: Close to the Atlantic Street beach access! Head north on S. Memorial Blvd and turn right onto Atlantic Street. Once you cross NC-12 (The Beach Road), the Atlantic Street public beach access is on the other side of the road. The access has a paved parking lot, outdoor showers, portable bathroom, a wooden walkway over the dunes and a lifeguard on duty (during summer season only).
Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings 51 Weeks in Advance: This home allows the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
