The balcony was lovey. The beach access has a lovely sitting area as well. The condo complex has a nice lawn for walking your dog. The kitchen did have pretty much all i needed: I broiled brown and white shrimp and various fish to sample flavors.

On the beach

The property was as advertised. It was clean and right on the beach. Loved that it was literally steps from the beach. The only complaint we had was the living room furniture was a bit dirty, probably needs to be replaced soon and the WiFi was pretty weak. The owner was super friendly, very helpful and very responsive. She was very helpful with the check in process and it was very easy. Would stay again!

Slice of Heaven

If you're looking for a peaceful, serene oceanfront property with just steps to the beach, this is the place to stay!!! Host Aly was very communicative and receptive from the booking to the checking in/out process...the unit is beautifully decorated with beach decor and extremely clean...the ocean view is outstanding from the balcony without any obstructions....the outside property is very well-maintained and pet friendly with plenty of grass to walk your dog...the outdoor pool was very refreshing and clean...there is ample parking either in the enclosed garage or outside...very close to restaurants, grocery and retail stores within walking distance or just a short drive....I highly recommend this property and unit for your first or next stay in Kill Devil Hills!!! Definitely would return!!!

Great Condo in a Great Location

This condo was perfect for our Fall beach getaway. The building is in a great location with private beach access and is well maintained. The condo was as advertised in the photos and well stocked. Our host, Aly, was great and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this pet friendly property and would gladly come back.
