Rough start but amazing view!
Upon arrival at 1:00 AM on check-in day, we were greeted with two dead cockroaches and an alive spider in the kitchen floor. As we continued into the condo, we found NO sheets for the beds and also no towels. Instead we slept on beach towels that we brought along with us from home. There was also less than 10 squares of toilet paper left on one roll and none on the other. I laid in bed that night placing a Walmart order for delivery first thing in the morning to guarantee we had sheets and toilet paper. The next morning I called - and then texted - the rental company to let them know we had zero sheets/towels and the place did not look like it had been cleaned or turned over from the previous renters. Linens were quickly delivered - the rental company stated that the linens had been left downstairs in the storage area. On Tuesday, after returning from dinner, I realized that other cars had parking tags hanging in their windows. I contacted the company again on Wed morning to share that we did not have these tags, and again point out that I did not receive a welcome bag, instructions for the condo or any basics that are usually included. The company explained they no longer leave magazines or check-in/out instructions. The rental company did deliver a welcome bag that included a roll of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels and a handful of small bath soaps. Overall, the furniture and decor appeared dated, yet functional. In the end, the location and view was amazing!I
