「到着してそうそう驚いたことは、至る所に種々の動物たちがお出迎えをしてくれたことである。シマウマや水牛、サル、ワニ、クジャクなどの動物がこのホテルでは飼育されている。庭や設備も手入れがしっかりとされており、清潔でかつ、風景が景色で、従業員のホスピタリティも完璧。こんなにも落ち着くことができ、時を忘れさせてくれるホテルは初めての経験であった。再度、タンザニアを訪れた際に、また立ち寄りたいところである。」

「Peaceful spot just outside Arusha, with lots of monkeys hanging around outside to watch as you chill with a drink. The pool was lovely and the whole place has a premium feel with great service. Would definitely come back - this was the perfect start to my safari hol as a solo 30yo female traveller :)」

「I really enjoyed my stay at Lake Duluti! It was peacefully and tranquil which is what I was looking for. The property is amazing with lots of trees, plants and animals. Having my own chalet gave me a lot of privacy and made it easy to have restful nights. The staff were helpful and made my stay comfortable and fun. They would have my chalet preped for sleeping when I was having dinner. I would stay at Lake Duluti again if coming back to Arusha. 」

「I can't say enough good things about Kaswende Farm. The owner was the most remarkable host I've ever met. He arranged for a pick-up for me and treated me like family on my arrival. It was my first day in Tanzania and in fact in Africa, and he did a remarkable job at getting me up to speed with what to be aware of while travelling through the country. 「Not as shown in pictures. Low key creepy… There was no free airport pickup (as suggested)—we had to pay. No running water, no toilet seat, bugs in the sink, no electrical outlets and very cold. We were also asked to pay twice. On the positive they fed us a nice breakfast. 」

「The views of Mt Meru and the surrounding bush country were magnificent. The grounds include banana, papaya, mango, pineapple and avocado plants/trees, all of which enhance the experience.
