"First of all, the phone number listed for the property does not work. They do not have a listed email address to contact them at. They do not respond to messages sent through the Expedia app. Do not book with them unless you go in person. During the rainy season, the road is impassable. It was the main reason I did not make it to my reservation. The property is also isolated within a smallish forest and not located on the roadside. If the isolated location appeals to you, go ahead. Short version of my stay: I landed late in Nairobi and chose to stay with my host and attempt in the daylight. I tried to contact the guesthouse but no response. "I stayed at the Luke Hotel and Cravers, the entire month of December. I enjoyed the Holidays so much; I was sad to leave and return to the U.S. Christmas was special. with decorations, lights, trees everywhere and American Holiday music playing. Christmas Day: I was greeted with a gift from the staff, the pool, sitting area and Cravers was filled to capacity with children playing and of course Santa Claus was there with candy for us kids.
