"This beautiful property could not have been placed more perfectly. Our oceanfront room had panoramic views of the ocean, we saw humpback whales and turtles everyday from our lanai. But by far the best part of our stay was the manager, Stacy. She made our vacation wonderful and unforgettable. She genuinely cared about our well-being and made us feel special and important in every way. I highly recommend this tropical paradise and most certainly will return!…""This beautiful property could not have been placed more perfectly. "We stayed at this hotel cause it was recommended by my girlfriend, she raved about it. Note- her experience was pre COVID. We stayed 1 night. The grounds, room, & bathroom is very nice, old school plantation style. The bed was very uncomfortable, my husband didn’t sleep well. He tossed & turned all night. I slept “ok” but not well either. The walls are thin & you can hear your neighbors. We paid the $30.00 per person resort fee which was suppose to include - pool, yoga/fitness class, parking, & breakfast. We didn’t get any breakfast & yoga is online class which you can get for free anyways. I don’t feel that they should be charging the $30.00 resort fee per person when the main things we are not getting due to COVID. We paid almost $70.00 including tax for basically pool & parking. That is not “ok.” I know the hotel industry is not doing well because of COVID, but it’s certainly not fair to charge patrons for things that they are not getting. But in all fairness, the person who checked us in said we didn’t have to leave at check out time & we could stay longer. So, if we had stayed longer than I probably wouldn’t have mind paying the resort fee. I doubt that I will stay here again.…""We stayed at this hotel cause it was recommended by my girlfriend, she raved about it. Note- her experience was pre COVID. We stayed 1 night. "The hotel looked amazing and they also had a restaurant on the property to eat at. During my 7 day stay I found several bugs in my room. I spoke with 4 different employees and a manager was involved as well. My flight didn’t leave until night time which I verbally expressed in person and over the phone prior to arriving and during my stay. Each time it was shrugged off and was told to come and advise them closer to our checkout. On our check out day I spoke with a front desk employee named Kaui and advised her of the situation again she then walked over to her manager named Travis and explained the situation to him and he approved. She stated that we could stay from 4:00pm-9:00pm and pay $100 which we agreed to as well and we thought it all got fixed. Not even 30 minutes later did an employee and house keeping come to the door and ask when we were leaving and called the room and asked as well we explained the situation and that it got approved by the manager Travis. The employee on the phone stated Kaui and Travis already left for the day and that there were no notes of this conversation that we had 30 minutes ago. She stated anything after 5:00pm would be considered as another full day and stated we had to pay over $200.00 or we would have to be out of the hotel by 5:00pm and it was already 4:40pm. They wouldn’t even call the manager to ask if this conversation was true. We ended up walking around the area with some of our luggage and bags. They only kept a few of them.…""The hotel looked amazing and they also had a restaurant on the property to eat at. During my 7 day stay I found several bugs in my room.
