We chose Kihei Holiday due to it's incredibly close location directly across the street from Sugar Beach.

The unit was finished being completely remodeled from top to bottom in July, 2022. Stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, quartz countertops, beach gear, and a 65" TV are some of the amenities you will enjoy during your stay.

This unit is steps to the beach, and has a pool for your enjoyment.

We love having meals on the covered lanai. Some of the features of the condo include:

It was a great place and looks recently remodeled as stated but communication was horrible. He responded right away the first day but when checking out we left something behind. The checkout code locked us out and we messaged him many times but no response even 2 wks after. So if you forget something, don't expect to get it back. The hand soap was toxic! It cut up our hands after the first use. We had to immediately go out to buy our own hand soap. I poured out the soap so no one else has to suffer and left the soap we bought. Hopefully the cleaning lady does not refill the same soap. Lastly the sliding door does not fully close so cannot lock. This could potentially be dangerous. Anyone can come in at night.

Loved it!

Loved our stay here! Nice little beach across the street for the kids to play in the sand. The water is not very clear at that beach so we went to different beaches to swim/snorkel. The pool is right out the door which is very convenient for kids. Would highly recommend!

Amazing place and great location

The place was great, all the amenities needed, perfect location to visit any part if the island. There's a beautiful beach across the street. Out family really enjoyed our stay, we were sad to go!

Nice condo!

This is my third stay in this condo comlpex. Complex is at a great location, very safe, and love that the beach is across from it. First time staying at this condo and my stay was very enjoyable. Love the fact that condo was across the pool and easy to see the kids swimming. Beds were very comfortable. We didnt use the upper bunk bed as kids preferred and loved the pull out sofa. Very clean. Loved the fact that condo had everything we needed for visting the beach. It was nice to have washer/dryer to do landuary as needed. Owner was quick to respond to any of my questions.

Perfect condo to rent in Kihei! Our condo was clean and had all the amenities our family needed for our Maui vacation. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great after busy days.

Great welcome to Maui

We stayed here for 2 nights before checking in to a resort on another part of the island. It was great to have extra space for our family to stretch out the first couple of nights! We loved the beach right across the road. It is very centrally located so we made our way all over the island while staying there! Haleakala to Hookipa lookout to la perouse Bay to lahaina. Would definitely stay here again!

Worth every penny!!

Looking for a place to stay before our other rental opened up. We loved to see the area this condo is at. They have recently remodeled it. Very clean and has some extras. Worth it!!!
