Great central location

The location of this condo is great. Walkable to many things and central to the whole island. The unit is on the 3rd floor and in the back of the complex. Parking was ample but the complex was not crowded during our stay. The unit was extremely clean! Had what we all needed for our stay. We appreciated the owners working with us on a last minute date change. I will note that during our mid/late August stay the unit was warm upon arrival and took awhile to cool down. I knew there was no central air, once the bedroom a/c units were on and the ceiling fans working full speed, it was pleasant. The closet on patio was stocked with everything you could need, there were ample beach towels and having the washer/dryer was wonderful. There are so many beautiful beaches a short distance away! 340 is a nice unit to stay at

Very nice condo. Short walk to a park and beach. Easy walking to several stores and restaurants. Well stocked with what we needed. Great view of the ocean and sunsets.

Great stay!

This might seem like a no big deal to some but having amazing cooking pans sure sets up your day for greatness. The kitchen had everything we needed. The closet was jam packed with boogie boards, sand equipment, chairs and more! Close to the pool and beach.

Great stay

This was just what we expected. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was walking distance to the beach. It had a working elevator. We enjoyed the closet of beach equipment. There were 4 beach towels. We loved the location and staying in Kihei was perfect for us to get to all parts of the island. I would recommend!

Family reunion

Our family was able to reserve 4 units at this property for a reunion. We loved the beach access, full kitchen and laundry in units. It was great to have beach towels and toys available.

I would not stay here again

Property location was great . Condo was not very clean and we found a dead cockroach next to one of the bed and we ended up not using that bed. Carpet needs to be replaced as was really old and dirty . Layout of condo is amazing but needs some updates it’s very old and dirty . All Furniture is very old and uncomfortable and most of lights and lamps throughout the property aren’t working . I would not stay here again unfortunately. The best part of this property is balcony that has a nice view and table and chairs on balcony were only thing that was comfortable and in good shape .

Perfect location with great amenities!

The location is amazing and we enjoyed seeing a bit of the ocean from the deck. The pool was lovely and the condo had all the towels and cookware we needed. It also had beach chairs which we used many times. Comfy beds, nice showers, AC in 2/3 bedrooms. This is one of the ONLY condos I could find with 3 sleeping areas that didn't include a pull-out couch. Grab it while you can! We only found 2 downsides. There were some little tiny bugs on the kitchen counter that were there the whole time. Also, the knives were in really bad shape so it made cooking tricky sometimes.

Perfect size for 3 couples

The loft with the bed in it makes it perfect so no one has to sleep in the living room. Everyone has a space to chill after a day of fun. All of the beds were super comfortable and the place had plenty of equipment including some snorkel gear a boogie board, chairs, ice chests, and some noodles for floating. Three amazing beaches are right across the street. At 5o’clock there are turtles swimming in the water. There are at least three good restaurants and a Hawaiian shaved ice within walking distance as well. Big beach, which is the nicest beach, is about nine minutes drive away. I would totally recommend this place. We were three adult couples.

Perfect!

As a family of 5 we need a little space to get away from each other, this condo was great for that. Great location, plenty of beach stuff, perfect beach, pool was great. Really have nothing bad to say. I would have liked air conditioning in the main living area, a little to warm for me but it is July! I would stay here again and again as well as recommended it. Mahalo for sharing this condo with my family.
