We have a brand new Friedrich A/C inside the condo. Not only is it 15,000 BTU, the absolute largest allowed for our size condo and adds to your comfort and relaxation along with a ceiling fan above the bed. Of course, the cool island breezes adds to the ambience and relaxation of your island stay.
On our private lanai, you have a full on 180 degree unobstructed ocean view, and amazing sunsets. The top corner unit has an additional side window which a tropical breeze flows through.
As the condo is only steps away from the beach, you can enjoy your day surfing, snorkeling, sunbathing, swimming - or just relaxing at the pool or beach! Let the Island spirit into your heart where it will find a home. After a busy day at the beach, by the pool, or exploring the island, you can spend a restful evening on the lanai, sipping tropical drinks and watching the ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE sunset, or enjoy the variety of nightlife as we are within walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurants. South Kihei has everything. You can even see the whales during Whale Watching season from our lanai. 🐳 There is a tennis court which is also a pickleball court!
At night, just let go completely and relax in the Queen size bed with a comfortable new posturepedic mattress (not a Murphy bed)--- let yourself be at complete ease and your mind and body totally relax while listening to the ocean waves gently rock you to sleep.

Enjoy watching TV with on a 32 inch flatscreen after a busy day at the beach, swimming, playing tennis or golfing at one of the many nearby highly rated golf courses, or bike down the slope of Mt. Haleakala. If you like to shop and enjoy fine dining, the 'Shops at Wailea' are only minutes away. Maui offers something for everyone! Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance as an added convenience.
To make your visit as RELAXING and ENJOYABLE as possible, the kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, a blender, microwave, new 12 cup coffee maker, teapot, Cuisinart toaster, (bagel sized, too) and a gas oven/range; there is even a hairdryer in the bathroom and we also have a Full size washer/dryer inside the unit.
Just bring your sunscreen --- check out our activity closet with 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels, and 2 ice-coolers (hard & soft case).
