「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful! Heads up: the beach had a lot of sea urchins in January. There were some local youths that showed us safe passage and starfish, sea spiders, lionfish, etc. right there on our beach for a small fee. For swimming the hotel pool was beautiful. The food in the hotel restaurant was reasonably priced and good. 」

Ristorante sufficiente ma carente sul menu. Personale attento e disponibile. L'Hotel ha bisogno di urgente ristrutturazione,」

「Small room with a bathroom of 1m2. The shower hangs above the toilet. Renovation is needed, especially since the power goes out a lot, the water pressure drops and the room doors cannot be locked. The employees seem friendly, but they are mainly concerned with blaming others.」

「Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel aucune visite de l’hôtel, la taxe était beaucoup plus cher que ce qu’il était indiqué sur la facture le gérant de l’hôtel pas du tout agréable la chambre que J ai réservé n’étais pas du tout la même et plus petite je devais avoir une baignoire plus une douche hors je n’ai eu qu’une douche la salle de bain était en mauvaise état, la piscine n’était jamais nettoyé très sale. Énormément déçue vue le prix que j’ai payé.」

「A smaller hotel but with provided a great experience. The staff were outstanding from reception to the bar. The rooms were very cool (we had a family room) and large, clean and very well appointed. The restaurant always looked good with many options enough to satisfy kids too. The kids also loved the pool & table tennis games room. The Dive centre in the hotel was also excellent and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. It all worked well. Just over an hour from the airport but plenty stuff...

「The location is great and the accommodation is generally good. We had to get the taps fixed and get the weighing scales working. Our real problem was the food - not interesting, not well prepared. In a place like that, food is very important. Also, we informed the hotel two months before we went that there would be 3 people and not 4, but the hotel didn't reply, didn't pay any attention, and have refused to refund the cost of the fourth person. When we were there they promised to do something...

「We loved our stay here! It is such a beautiful place and every staff member is so welcoming. The pools are all great and there of plenty of rest areas. The restaurant is delicious. We also appreciated the excursions organized by the staff. Highly recommend, we would absolutely come back. 」
