「Nice location, great, safe property.」

「Excellent」

「Great! I had a wonderful time! The room is clean, comfortable and spacious and the property is beautiful. I would totally recommend.」

Even though we had already paid to Hotel.com at checkout, the hotel staff was saying that we had paid only a deposit and we should pay rest of the amount. 「Lovely venue with excellent service from the owners. The venue is an absolute unique experience on a working avocado farm and macadamia nut farm. This venue is lovely off the beaten track, so plan stay there and enjoy the excellent meals and the quiet.」

「Perfect in every way. The service and attention to detail is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble for The Zarafa team. So much thought has gone into the villas and service. The food is delicious. Truly an outstanding stay in every way.」

「The property was really clean and had good amount of towel plates cutleey etc. the major issue we had was that the roof was leaking everywhere in most rooms. One of the beds was wet and we slept with water dripping next to us the enter night. When I raised it with the reception, there was no apology for the inconvenience but only stating that it was the thatched roof. If they know about the leaks, they should maintain the roof.」

「Very helpful host and nice and clean room」

Bem localizado perto do Kruger, apenas deixou a desejar no WiFi e na qualidade do chuveiro! Mas tinha uma banheira muito boa!」
